Experience

Having joined Bharti AXA IM, I now have the opportunity to set up the entire Marketing Function here, which is proving to be a good learning experience. I am now fixing the advertising and media agencies apart from the PR and web development agencies. Add to this the regular operational requirements like the printers and other vendors! More on this operational aspects of marketing which will not be available in most Management courses will be posted very soon.
