Brand infidelity
Brand infidelity – a concept which is quite prevalent now is being dealt with in this article. A simple example. Walk across to your neighbourhood departmental store and watch people shop. One would – to their amazement – find that there is absolutely no regard for all those advertisements that try to cry their lungs out to try and get top of mind & heap. Alternatively, walk across to the nearest corner shop and watch someone ask for soda. If Coke is not available, they take Pepsi & vice versa. It remains quite a challenge for brands to ensure conversion despite this situation. Calls for some action I guess!
